CEO (Chief Executive Officer) conceived the company product line and designed the functional requirements for the software.  He is a former Military Intelligence Officer with more than 25 years experience in tactical and strategic intelligence, a decorated combat veteran with specialties as a case officer and as a counter- intelligence officer with numerous citations from the Department of Defense, the US Military, US State Department, and the Director of CIA.  His special operations experience includes covert and clandestine collection operations at the tactical, joint, and strategic levels, with extensive service and special operational experience throughout the Third World. He also developed and managed tactical intelligence training programs and has held every key position in the HUMINT and analytical intelligence system, to include G2/C2/J2. He formed and commanded several unique intelligence units and was the operations officer for the DoD HUMINT program during its formative years; his operational tours were with CIA, DIA, and the Army, and his analytical experience was gained in the field as well as at the State Department and the Pentagon. He designed a private sector counter-terrorist plan for the World Energy Conference at Cannes hosting OPEC ministers, oil company executives, and diplomats from 35 countries.

The T-Rx management team is supported by intelligence trainers who have extensive hands-on background with a full range of intelligence and security subjects, expert programmers with extraordinary experience designing highly technical utilitarian software, and helpdesk managers with a broad range of responses.

CIO (Chief Information & Technical Officer) Former USAF Phantom F4 combat pilot with multiple advanced engineering degrees.  Among his accomplishments, he designed the computerized guidance system for the Titan missile program; he also worked on the U2 and SR-71 surveillance systems and later on the  original Stealth design projects at the USAF Skunk Works.  He has designed a variety of software systems supporting the Army Intelligence and Security Command and has most recently developed a sophisticated interactive web site for the exchange of sensitive information within the military intelligence system. 

CFO (Chief Finance/Operations Officer) is a former SAC Intelligence officer, who gained 25+ years experience as a Senior Executive with the Bank of America's  International Division  restructuring and managing at-risk overseas banks. Most recently, the CFO managed the operations for a multi-billion dollar global financial services corporation.

DRD (Director: Research & Development) is an expert market research analyst on international issues, and has coordinated marketing and advertising programs for several major international media conglomerates in developing countries worldwide. The DRD is currently developing comprehensive databases on terrorist and insurgent organizations.

IOM (International Operations Manager) (International Operations Manager) is a decorated combat arms specialist who served with an elite Army Airborne Combat Team and special operations units in Eastern Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. Additionally, he is a a former Defense Department IT manager and Information Systems Security Officer (ISSO) with the Army Material Command in Europe. He is currently based in the Middle East.
